Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
  • Set the Finance department strategic plan and smart objectives in line with Company’s Strategy.
  • Take overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the organization's financial management and/or control strategy.
  • Support the development of corporate expansion strategies to create additional Shareholder value.
  • Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors, CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as well as manage relationships with banks.
  • Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols across the business to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.
  • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
  • Take responsibility for setting and reviewing long term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with strategic initiatives for the organization.
  •  Periodically review the balance sheet, account, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Provide Consultation to investment committee for onboarding of Investment manager, Custodian and Broker.
  • 13. Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
  • 14. Ensures timely payment to reinsurers / reinsurance brokers /other insurance companies / agents / co insurers / vendors / employees as per records shared by HR and Procurement team.
  • 15. Manage the day-to-day activities of the Department.
  • 16. Be abreast with the market standards and practices in financial accounting and finance systems, evaluate the cost benefit and recommend these changes internally.
  • 17. Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.

Competencies & Skills Required:

  •  Must be a saudi citizen 
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or Economics
  •  At least 10 years' experience in the finance industry and managing a team.
  • (2-4) years as CFO in insurance industry
  • Able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement.
  • Display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
